About Me!
I am a recent graduate of Auburn University from Bremen, Alabama. I chose to major in Business Administration because I have always enjoyed overseeing projects, events, and teams, so I knew it would be a good fit for me. Now that I have graduated, I am pursuing a career in hospitality and tourism here in Auburn, as I have a passion for event planning and organization.
In my free time, I enjoy playing sports—especially tennis and basketball—working on art projects, and spending time with my family and dog. Throughout my college career, I made a conscious effort to get involved in organizations and jobs that would help me succeed academically and professionally. I believe this mindset has equipped me well for the future.

EXPERIENCE
My professional experience covers a wide range of roles, as I have been working since I was 16. During high school, I held various positions, including working at a local restaurant, in several town boutiques, at a formal dress shop, and babysitting frequently. After graduating from high school, I focused on completing my associate's degree. During that time, I worked at the preschool in my church and did team photography for the WSCC Cross Country team.
After moving to Auburn, I was fortunate to become an S.O.S. Transfer Orientation Leader and later secured a job with the School of Aviation, where I helped track student progress. After my first year at Auburn, I transferred to UAH, where I got involved in Greek Life, Student Government Association (SGA), and communications for athletics, while also starting a job at a tennis club. After dedicating many years to that club, I transferred back to Auburn to complete my undergraduate degree. I was fortunate to serve as an orientation counselor once again, this time for Camp War Eagle and S.O.S. Additionally, I received an internship opportunity with the AU NVA.
Since graduating from college, I have been working for the NVA throughout the summer while also participating in the state-funded FuelAL program here. Currently, I am searching for a full-time career in Auburn, Alabama.
COMMUNITY
I have been actively involved in community outreach for most of my life because I believe it is essential for personal growth. Over the past ten years, I’ve had the honor of working with Children's Miracle Network through various fundraising efforts. My journey began when I participated in pageants with the Miss Alabama Scholarship Program as part of the Miss America Organization. My personal experiences with Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, motivated me to get involved and give back, making this the perfect opportunity.
Through the Miss Alabama Scholarship Program, I initiated two community service projects focused on my passions. The first, called Rescue Woobies, aimed to provide emergency responder vehicles with blankets that they could give to victims during emergencies, such as car accidents, house fires, or domestic incidents. It was a rewarding experience to visit police stations, firehouses, and emergency dispatch centers to share my cause and distribute these blankets.
My second initiative, Stay Alert, Stay Alive, arose from my concerns about distracted driving. I have been involved in accidents where the other driver was on their phone or not paying attention. Additionally, a family friend, who was my sister's age, tragically died in a texting-and-driving accident just a mile from home when I was in middle school. Through Stay Alert, Stay Alive, I aim to raise awareness about the dangers of distracted driving, particularly among new drivers.
In my hometown, I have also dedicated many years to teaching music at my church's vacation Bible school, coaching Upward Basketball, and volunteering with various high school organizations.
LEADERSHIP
One of my favorite leadership experiences has been directing and executing the Girls 16 and Under National Level 1 Clay Court Tournament at my job in Huntsville. This opportunity was incredibly rewarding, as it helped me develop my event planning skills and serve as a role model.
Over the course of 10 days, I was surrounded by girls aged 13 to 16, which taught me effective ways to build relationships and alleviate their stress and worries during the tournament. This experience also enhanced my leadership abilities, as I had to coordinate groups of people and assign them tasks. I learned the importance of being assertive and managing a schedule effectively.
I feel truly grateful to have had this role for two summers, and I can confidently say it has made me a better person.
